How our process works

From your first call or enquiry through assessment, treatment, and follow-up, we keep communication straightforward and the plan proportionate to what we find—whether you are at home or running a commercial site in Dublin, Wicklow, Kildare, or Meath. You always know what happens next before work begins.

Our three-step workflow

Every job is different, but this is the structure most residential and commercial clients experience. We adapt timing, treatments, and visit frequency to the pest, property, and risk level—and on commercial sites to expectations such as CRRU (Campaign for Responsible Rodenticide Use) stewardship, the rodenticide register and supporting treatment records, plus food-safety and audit requirements where they apply.

Step 1 — Call or enquiry

You can call us directly or fill out the enquiry form on our website. We contact you as soon as we can to understand the issue, ask a few important questions, and assess what you are dealing with. If you are unsure of the pest, we can arrange an inspection callout to identify the problem properly before any treatment begins.

Step 2 — Assessment and treatment plan

Based on what you tell us (and any inspection findings), we explain the most suitable approach. Rodent issues typically follow a structured three-part treatment plan to tackle activity and reduce the chance of reinfestation. Insect problems may be resolved with a single targeted treatment or a short follow-up plan, depending on severity. We set out what is needed so you know exactly what to expect before we start.

Step 3 — Fast response and follow-up

We organise a visit at a time that suits you, often within twenty-four hours and same-day where possible. During the visit we carry out treatment, assess access points, and note contributing factors such as food sources, entry routes, or environmental conditions. We book follow-up visits when they are needed so the issue is brought fully under control.

Commercial clients: same process, scheduled programmes

Businesses follow the same practical flow—enquiry, assessment and plan, then visits, treatment, and follow-up—with documentation and visit patterns matched to how your site operates, including CRRU-aligned responsible use of rodenticides and clear rodenticide register record-keeping where rodent work is part of your programme.

4, 6, 8, or 12 visits per year

For suitable commercial and food-sector premises we offer service agreements built around four, six, eight, or twelve scheduled visits per year. Cost reflects premises size, risk profile, time on site, and reporting depth—not a single flat rate—so you only pay for the programme that fits.

Tailored to each site and your obligations

Every contract is shaped to your building, processes, and compliance context so that CRRU (Campaign for Responsible Rodenticide Use) expectations, the rodenticide register and linked documentation, and your food-safety, audit, and regulatory obligations are supported consistently. We agree visit frequency, scope, and record-keeping with you up front rather than applying a generic schedule.

Ongoing prevention and recommendations

After treatment, we provide clear recommendations to support long-term control and exclusion. That can include sealing entry points, improving sanitation, reducing attractants, and practical changes around your property to lower the risk of future infestations.

Frequently asked questions

We have collected answers from across our site — general questions, rodents, insects, birds, wasps, wildlife, protected species, and local coverage for Dublin, Wicklow, and county routes.
